Delete your account

In the game

1. Log in and enter the world with any character.
2. Open Settings (the gear icon, top right).
3. Under Account, choose Delete account, type your username to confirm, and confirm.

Deletion is immediate: your characters, items, mail, gold and guild membership are removed from the live database. Nightly backups age out within about eight days. An account with an active auction must cancel or settle it first.

If you can no longer log in, email support@afterlife-online.com from the recovery address on the account, or tell us the username and we will verify ownership another way.
